These were taken Memorial Day weekend. Jackson has quite mastered the back porch steps, and wandered over to the dog water dish- Really, who needs a POOL when you have a dog bowl? And the fact that there were BUGS floating in it was even better!
 
 
This was 'Charlie'- he was supposed to be our replacment barn cat, used to be a blood donor cat at the university- but he could NOT take being outside, so in he came when it got cold. He used to follow Jackson around, and the baby would just torment him mercilessly- I've got hundreds of pictures of them, they were just tooo cute! Unfortunately, mom couldn't hack a house cat, so Charlie found a new home with 2 other little ones to torment him.
 
Out in my shop, doing what he does best- tearing things up! His newest favorite thing to do is to pick up hardware and throw it away, piece by piece... I couldn't find the phone the other day, it was in the garbage too! No telling how much inventory I've thrown out....
 
Another of my fav's... notice the squirrel tormenting the dogs? This is the second daredevil we've had- the first found it's fate between Annie's teeth.....
 
 
Yes folks, I win 'Mother of the Year' award, for letting my baby play with plastic sacks....
