What are your shipping rates? My cart is configured based on the weight of each item- so it will automatically figure up shipping. If you are purchasing something small but costly, such as snaps or bits- I may be able to ship those in a small flat rate box ($5) and will do so- NO MATTER what the shipping calculator quotes you, I promise to ship the most economical way that I can- be it flat rate or UPS- and your card WILL NOT BE CHARGED until I ship your item/ figure actual shipping- I ship 90% of my items with the US Postal System, priority mail- but some larger orders are more cost efficient to ship via UPS. If you have a preference, let me know and I'd be happy to oblige- however, you will be responsible for any additional fees.
------------------------------------------------------------------------- Will you ship internationally? Yes, we most certainly do. Most items can be shipped worldwide, however sticks do measure over the length restriction for some countries. If you would like a shipping quote, email me with your order and I can give one. All international orders ship US Priority Mail- your card will not be charged until actual shipping is calculated, it's often much less than what is quoted.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------- When can I expect my item to ship? Most orders are processed within 5 business days (M-F) If I am very busy, it may take a week or 10 days for your order to ship, but I try to ship very promptly. You will be sent an email verification when your order is processed/ card is charged, and also a shipping notification, with tracking number, when your item ships. You can usually expect to receive your item 2-4 business days after you get confirmation of shipment when the item is sent priority- UPS takes anywhere from 3-6 days. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- What type of rope do you use? All of my rope is premium, double braid polyester 'yacht' rope. I am often asked the difference between the Samson rope and our HCR rope- Put quite simply, the name. The construction of these ropes are the same- they're both made to the Cordage Institute's standards for dual braid rope- they have the same feel and weight. I cannot stress this enough- MY rope is simply cheaper because it doesn't have the 'brand name' behind it- It is the highest quality, double braid polyester you can buy. You will not be disappointed.
Due to trademark infringement, I am not allowed to use mainy top trainers names- however, I can say that PP uses Samson Stable braid exclusively, and CA used the other Samson colors for years, before switching to PNW Select. CC uses the heavier, 5/8 rope. All of the top trainers use a double braid polyester rope in some form- so what we sell will be a very close match, if not the exact same. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- What is your return policy? We offer a full satisfaction guarantee on all of our products- if you receive something from us that you are not 100% satisfied with, simply return it for a no questions asked refund, less all shipping charges- however item must be in new condition. I am also happy to exchange- if your halter doesn't fit the way you'd like or you decide you'd like a longer lead rope or a different snap, but you are responsible for all shipping charges. I will also take trades on used HCR halters and ropes- if they are in good condition and need no repair, I'll give you 60% of the original purchase price towards the purchase of a new rope. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- How do I know what size halter to buy? 90% of horses will fit into my 'average' halter. Please note, that while my halters are close to Parelli and Andersons halters, they are NOT made with the exact same dimensions. I have built a halter that I feel is universal- if you need a specific size or want your halter to match one you already have, I can easily build one to suit- just see the diagram on the 'halters' page. If you still question the size needed, measure around your horses muzzle, where the halter will lay- and also on the cheek, the length that the halter should be- and email me those dimensions and I can let you know what size to purchase or will work to build you one that will suit. If you purchase a halter that does not fit, you are more than welcome to exchange it, but you will be responsible for all shipping charges. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- What kind of warranty do you offer? My ropes are warrantied against defect in workmanship for 6 months. All warranty is void if the horse chews on the rope, or if it has been improperly used (such as thru a window on the horse trailer) I warranty my sticks and hardware for 30 days from the date of sale- Because I do not manufacture my own hardware, or build my own sticks, I cannot unconditionally guarantee them- as you well know, hardware sometimes fails. If this happens within 30 days, simply send your rope back and I will replace the hardware. |
