These buckle dressage reins are fashioned after a trainers reins- only I believe we've made them nicer, with a higher quality leather and solid stainless or brass hardware- OR upgrade to a fancy, Jeremiah Watt buckle.They have a leather attachment at the bit end gives you a fluid feel without the clank of hardware. Choice length/ color/ hardware- you will absolutely adore these reins. If you view the pictures of the hardware, they're numbered- 1 is stainless, 2 brass, 3 is the JW , 4 is JW w/ black background, 5 JW Cart, and 6 JW Cart w/ black background. Simply choose the one you prefer from the dropdown. Leather colors, from left to right are Brown, Latigo, Black, Natural and Honey. Please note that the honey colored leather is quite thick- almost too thick for these reins, but the color was too pretty for me to pass up. They will be harder to buckle/ unbuckle than the other colors, simply because they're so thick.
